As we kick off a new year, this panel will examine the changing development and infrastructure landscape in our region, including the future of mass transit, prospects for 2026, current incentives, and master planning. Speakers will discuss new opportunity zones, key data on housing, jobs, population growth, and corporate expansion, as well as the impact of government funding—offering an outlook on upcoming challenges and opportunities.

Continuing Real Estate Education Credit has been applied for and 1 hour is pending approval from the Minnesota Department of Commerce.
