Join us for an overview and insights into the current state of homelessness in Minnesota, beginning with the Minnesota Homeless Study, a triennial statewide effort conducted by Wilder Research that offers the most detailed and comprehensive data on homelessness in the state. The panel will discuss the response to the needs and challenges of individuals experiencing homelessness by the State of Minnesota and Hennepin County as well as the realities facing those that engage with these systems. We will explore what is working in shelter response to supportive housing and how the commercial real estate industry can be a partner in addressing these challenges.

This course has been APPROVED by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce for 1 hour for Real Estate continuing education.
