This project, led by Sherman Associates, includes 187 high-end residential units with modern finishes and amenities like tenant lounges, roof decks, a hot tub, and sauna. The building's prime location offers stunning views of Rice Park, the Mississippi River, and the Cathedral and Capital.
Registration includes the tour, light hors d’oeuvres, and select complimentary beer and wine options. This event is open to MNCREW members only until May 9th. After May 9th, registration is open to non-members.
